Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeframes

To offer a wide selection of products, we source from multiple suppliers worldwide. Consequently, delivery times vary based on the supplier’s location and shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–7 business days (available for select products).

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days (varies by product and supplier).

While we collaborate with reputable shipping carriers, actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) via email.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Free shipping may be available for select products or for orders over $185.00, where applicable. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Local Delivery & Pick-Up Options

Currently, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pick-up services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date and tracking information. You can track your order status through the provided link.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and the process for requesting a return or refund.

Delivery Responsibility & Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to variations in supplier processing, international shipping logistics, and potential customs delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer support team at cs@10forward.store so we can assist in locating your shipment.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) so we can assist in resolving the issue.
