10Forward.Store is not responsible for any discrepancies, delays, or issues arising from third-party suppliers. All returns and refunds are subject to approval by our suppliers and may be subject to their respective policies.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed in accordance with this policy and that any decisions regarding refunds or returns are at the sole discretion of 10Forward.Store and its suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, 10Forward.Store shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the application of this policy.
General Policy
We work with third-party suppliers to fullfill orders. Due to this, our return and refund policies may be subject to the policies of our suppliers.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the item does not match the product description, a refund may be considered after a review of the issue.

Refunds will only be processed once the supplier approves the request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.
How long does it take to be refunded in full?

A full refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!
How do you deliver/deposit the refund?

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Used, worn, or washed items.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Gift cards and electronic software downloads are not eligible for return.

Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging.
Returns
What is the deadline to apply for a return?

You must apply within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for each additional item.
Additional Return Conditions:

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Returned products may require inspection at an offsite location before we can provide a refund or exchange. In those cases, a refund will be issued within 14 business days, provided the return is in its original, undamaged, and perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.

If an item is returned with a gift receipt, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

If an item is returned and is not in its original, undamaged, and perfect condition—without using or removing the labels and the original packaging—10Forward.Store reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be a minimum of 30% of the product price, depending on any damage to the item.

All items that are returned and require a restocking fee will be assessed by the customer service team to determine the final restocking amount.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to the supplier.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.
